One Day Trip Payment Policy
Full payment or the per person deposit is due within 7 days of making your reservation.
Credit Card payments are NOT taken on one day trips.
Sightseeing / Attractions / Dinner Theater: $20 per person deposit or full payment
Ticketed trips (Broadway, Concerts, etc.): the deposit amount varies or full payment
- Coach seating assignments are based on the date your first payment is received in our office.
- Day Trip Cancellations made within 46 days before the trip are subject to a penalty fee equal to the amount of monies that have been advanced on your behalf for components of the trip. These include but are not limited to event/show tickets, pre-ordered meals, transportation, attraction & sightseeing costs. Please note that some event/show tickets are non-refundable once we receive your deposit. Cancellations within 8 days of a Day Trip are subject to no refund unless a replacement is found by you or us.

Overnight Motorcoach Tour Payment Policy
A $50.00pp deposit is due within 7 days of making your reservation.
Credit Card payments are NOT taken on Overnight Motorcoach Tours.
We offer a minimum monthly payment schedule after your deposit has been made.
- Coach seating assignments are based on the date your first payment is received in our office. We will rotate seats each day of the tour.
- The optional travel insurance brochure/application will be mailed to you once we have determined the trip is a go.

Domestic Tour Payment Policy
A $250.00 per person deposit is due within 7 days of making your reservation.
Some Air / Motorcoach tours may require a higher deposit amount.
Credit Cards are accepted on most air / motorcoach tours.
If you choose to pay by credit card, either one or two payments will be accepted.
To participate in our monthly payment schedule, we accept payments by check only.

Cruise Payment Policy
Each cruise line has its own deposit policy. Depending on the cruise you select, the deposit may be $250 - $1200 per person and may be required immediately to hold your stateroom.
Credit Card payments are accepted for cruises.
If you choose to pay by credit card, either one or two payments will be accepted.
To participate in our monthly payment schedule, we accept payments by check only.
